     Firstly, female opinions will not be accepted in many cases. Women have the right to be given equal benefits in their country. Some people may say that male leaders can make rules for women by putting in more effort, but it will be difficult because men are not women.
     Secondly, the positions of women are much lower than those of men. If there are more female leaders, the situation will be solved. Some people say that the reason there are more male leaders is because of their efforts, but female leaders are too less which is not good for women.
     Thirdly, increasing the number of female leaders will change many things in Japan. When there are more female leaders, men will change their attitude towards women. As a result, society will change to make women's lives more comfortable.
     For these reasons, I think that a lack of female leaders is a serious problem in Japan. (174 words)

　女性リーダーの不足は、日本では深刻な問題です。以下は、私の考えを支持する3つの理由です。
　第一に、女性の意見は多くの場合、受け入れられていません。女性には、自分の国で同等の利益を与えられる権利があります。男性のリーダーがもっと努力すれば女性のためのルールを作ることができるという人もいるかもしれませんが、男性は女性ではないので難しいことでしょう。
　第二に、女性の立場が男性よりずっと低いことです。女性のリーダーが増えれば、このような状況は解消されるでしょう。男性のリーダーが多いのは努力の賜物だと言う人もいますが、女性のリーダーは少なすぎるのは、女性にとって良いことではありません。
　第三に、女性リーダーが増えることで、日本のいろいろなことが変わってきます。女性リーダーが増えれば、男性の女性に対する考え方も変わってくるでしょう。その結果、女性の生活がより快適になるように社会が変わっていくでしょう。
　このような理由から、女性リーダーの不足は日本における深刻な問題だと思います。
